A one-off COMPASS Home Energy annual heat pump service is £250. The two-year service plan is £350 paid in full, or £200 upfront followed by £12.50 per month for 12 months through Stripe.

That pricing is for planned annual servicing. If the heat pump already has a fault code, failed part, no heating or no hot water, that becomes diagnosis or repair work and is quoted separately.
