Installation process
- Typical installation takes around 4-5 days.
- Day 1-2: install heat pump, primary pipework, and hot water cylinder.
- Day 2-4: radiator upgrades or replacements if required.
- Day 4-5: system commissioning, testing, and controls setup.
- Hot water may be off for up to 2-3 days maximum during installation.
- Follow-up check around 1 week after installation by phone with remote monitoring or in person.
