The annual service is designed to inspect, clean, test and verify the system. It does not include repairing a faulty heat pump, replacing failed parts or carrying out fault diagnosis.
Inspection and cleaning
- Full visual inspection of the outdoor unit, indoor unit, pipework and controls
- External unit clean to remove debris, dirt and airflow restriction
- System filters checked and cleaned or replaced where required
- Pipework, joints and valves checked for signs of leaks, corrosion or damage
